Therapy Services in Ohio

I provide trauma-informed counseling for adolescents and adults across Ohio, specializing in chronic depression, dysthymia (persistent depressive disorder), and complex trauma (C-PTSD, emotional, relational, and developmental trauma). My integrative approach combines evidence-based therapies—Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)—with holistic practices such as mindfulness meditation, breathwork, yoga, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

I also incorporate Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) to help clients build resilience, reduce self-criticism, and nurture inner strength. Sessions are available through secure telehealth therapy statewide or as walk-and-talk and hiking therapy in Northeast Ohio parks, offering a unique opportunity to heal while connecting with nature.

$120 per 50 minute session

In one-on-one sessions, we’ll talk through what you’re experiencing in a safe and supportive space. I’ll help you explore new tools and perspectives so you can feel more balanced, resilient, and confident in daily life.

I offer two ways to engage in therapy, so you can choose the setting that feels most comfortable and supportive for you:

For those who feel most at ease in nature, I offer walk-and-talk and hiking sessions in local Northeast Ohio parks. These sessions provide the same support as traditional therapy, but with the added benefits of fresh air, movement, and the grounding presence of the outdoors—helping you process challenges while finding calm and clarity in nature.

I also provide secure online therapy for clients anywhere in Ohio. Telehealth sessions make it easy to connect from the comfort of your own space while still receiving the same compassionate, evidence-based care as in-person counseling.

This group is a passion of mine. I love making coping skills as accesible as possible and I love bringing people together. The experience of navigating your mental health challenges can be quite hard. Why go it alone when it is actually a culture-wide epidemic? There are time-tested, well researched, evidence-based tools that you can use today to find relief. And, there is a whole community out there of people with sinilar challenges to you. This group packs a punch by bringing those together.

In the group, expect to explore a wide variety of nourishing skills and coping strategies drawn from a variety of traditions including psychotherapy (DBT), mindfulness (mindful self-compassion), meditative traditions, and gentle breathwork. Try on different approaches to nervous system regulation and stress reduction, and leave feeling empowered with new tools for managing your emotions, moods, and stress.

I intentionally offer this group virtually and at low cost to make it as accessible as possible to as many as possible.
